• Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• Payment is due immediately upon subscription
• You can cancel your subscription at any time
• Refunds are provided on a case-by-case basis
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by ClavisCore LLC and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
