By accessing or using FillKit ("the Service"), including the website at fillkit.dev, browser extensions, and SDK, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
FillKit provides a form autofill toolkit for developers, QA teams, and demo environments. All data generated by FillKit is fake — realistic and context-aware, but entirely synthetic. No real user data is collected, processed, or stored by the SDK or browser extensions. The Service includes browser extensions for Chrome and Firefox, an open-source JavaScript SDK, and the fillkit.dev website. FillKit Cloud (paid) is a managed API where users provide account information (email, name, company) to access team features and dataset generation. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without prior notice.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to: (a) violate any applicable laws or regulations; (b) infringe on the rights of others; (c) transmit harmful code or malware; (d) attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data.
5. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by ClavisCore LLC and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
6. Privacy

7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClavisCore LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
